When you purchase product from this Website, it will be shipped to the address designated by you so long as such address is compliant with the shipping restrictions governing the product. Title and risk of loss for the product passes to you upon F+I delivering the product to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
