When you complete an online purchase on this website, you acknowledge the following Terms & Conditions:

You agree that you understand that Fire+Ice products, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from industrial hemp. Fire+Ice manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA, manufacture according to cGMP standards and are compliant with ISO 9001 standards (product specific), feature independent Third Party Testing and are not tested on animals. As Fire+Ice products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to the benefits from our products. Fire+Ice products are not approved by the FDA to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not  satisfied with your merchandise from Fire+Ice simply return the product within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, or replacement, excluding shipping and handling.

Damage due to freight or shipping

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check carefully to ensure the products have not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide detailed information including a photo of the damaged box and products.

Return procedure

We suggest you ship returns via a GROUND method that can be tracked, such as UPS Ground / FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail.

Please return the merchandise with the following:

  1. A copy of your invoice including name, mailing address and billing phone and email address.
  2. A detailed explanation regarding the reason for returning the item and requesting a refund or replacement.
  3. Instruction on whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days.

Note if the items returned to our warehouse do not meet our return policy terms, a refund or replacement may not be issued.

Only products purchased thru the Fire+Ice website qualify for a refund or replacement. Products purchased through third party vendors are subject to the refund or replacement policy of the seller.
